International Shipping
International orders are currently paused. I am reviewing recent changes to international shipping and customs requirements to find a more sustainable way to offer overseas delivery. UK orders remain available as normal.
Shipping Outside the UK
For customers outside the United Kingdom, your country's customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees when your order arrives. These charges are determined by your destination country and are not included in the shipping price shown on this website.
Unfortunately, these charges are outside of my control and are collected by your local customs authority rather than by Ink.Dxn Studio.
Why This Has Changed
In recent years, international shipping regulations have changed significantly. Postal services no longer allow businesses to send physical goods using international letter services, even for lightweight items such as postcards, prints, or tarot cards.
This means that many products must now be sent using tracked parcel services, which are more expensive but comply with current international shipping regulations.
I know this isn't ideal. As a small independent artist, I would much rather offer lower shipping costs wherever possible, but I also want to ensure every order is sent correctly and arrives safely.
My Commitment
I never want unexpected costs to come as a surprise.
Wherever possible, I aim to be transparent about shipping costs before you place your order and to use reliable postal services that provide the best balance between affordability and security.
Etsy for International Orders
Some products—such as my tarot card editions—are also available through my Etsy shop.
Etsy automatically calculates many applicable taxes and import charges at checkout for a number of international destinations. While prices on Etsy are slightly higher to cover marketplace fees, some customers prefer the convenience of knowing many of these charges upfront.
If you'd rather order through Etsy, you're very welcome to do so.
